Initially a busy freelance musician, for the past three years Karen
has been a member of the Humphrey Lyttelton Band playing both
tenor and baritone sax as well as appearing with her own quintet
at many jazz venues and festivals both in the U.K. and abroad
whilst her latest CD “Wait and See” has received excellent reviews.
Now established as a major player with an engaging tone and fluid
technique, award winning Karen leads a fine group of musicians in a varied and
entertaining mix of standards, some lesser known tunes, and her
own original compositions.
