Founded in 2005, The Little Big Band pays tribute to big band legends such as
Duke Ellington and Count Basie by presenting imaginative interpretations of big
band classics slimmed down to a five piece ensemble. Nominated as an up and
coming talent in Jazz UK, and a composer and arranger as well as a “flamboyant,
sultry, and assured” jazz vocalist, Nette leads the group in an exciting mix of
harmony and improvisation.
